Requests and quotes
Sending a request on this site does not book a tour or commit you to anything. We reply with a written quote stating the tour, date, price, what is included, the operator and the cancellation terms.
Confirmation and payment
Your tour is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay through the payment link it contains. You receive a confirmation by email.
Operators
Tours are run by local partner operators in Panama, named in your quote. They are responsible for running the tour on the day.
Cancellations and refunds
Terms depend on the operator and the tour and are stated in your quote before you pay. If we or the operator cancel, we offer you another date or a refund of what you paid.
Weather, the canal and changes
Some tours depend on weather, sea conditions or the Panama Canal's schedule. The operator may adjust times or routes for safety.
Kosher meals
When you ask for kosher food, your quote names the kitchen and the hechsher. If you hold by a specific standard (chalav Yisroel, Beis Yosef, mehadrin), tell us before you pay and we'll confirm it.
