What we collect
When you send a request or message, we store what you type (name, email, phone or WhatsApp if you give it, hotel, dates, group size, preferences and message), the date and time, and your IP address to prevent spam.
How we use it
To answer your request, prepare your quote and arrange your tour. We share what is needed (names, date, hotel, group size and meal preferences) with the local operator running your tour. We do not sell your data.
Email from this site is sent through Brevo, an email service provider, which processes the address and message content to deliver it.
Where visits come from
To learn how people find us, the site keeps in your browser (sessionStorage, for the visit only) the first page you saw, the referring site and campaign parameters, and sends them with your form.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. Our host, GoDaddy, adds an analytics script that sets the _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session cookies.
Payments
This website never collects card details. Payments are made on the payment provider's page linked in your quote.
Retention and your rights
We keep requests as long as needed for your trip and our records. You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it through the contact form.
