How do I book a tour?
Pick a tour and send the request form with your date, group size and where you're staying. We check availability with the local operator and email you a written quote.
Is my request a booking?
Not yet. Your spot is booked once you accept the quote and pay through the payment link we send you.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the tour, the date, your group size and whether it is private or shared, so we quote each request. The quote lists what is included.
How do I pay?
By card, through the secure payment link in your quote. This website never collects card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the operator and the tour, and they are stated in writing in your quote before you pay.
Can you do kosher food?
Yes. On any tour with a meal, we bring packed food from a kitchen under Shevet Ahim's hechsher instead of the local lunch, and in the city we stop at restaurants under the same hechsher. Your quote names the kitchen and the hechsher.
What about Shabbos and Yom Tov?
Tell us on the form. We won't book anything from before licht bentching on Friday until after havdalah, or on Yom Tov, and we'll move long Friday trips to another day.
Where do you pick me up?
At your hotel or rental in Panama City. Pickups outside the city or at the airport are noted in your quote.
What languages are tours in?
English and Spanish. Choose on the request form.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. Most tours run private or shared. Choose on the request form.
What should I bring to San Blas?
Your passport (there is a checkpoint), cash, sunscreen and swimwear.
